There are two groups of people worldwide that are having an opening in the
osseus integuments of the Skull.
First group is the overwhelming majority and is composed of ‘Accidentals’ of various kinds
obviously from the kind of ‘accident’ responsible.
Second group is a tiny minority and are self represented as Electives.
Human Class based separationist tendencies arise.
The Electives seem to presume they are a ‘higher class of people’ than Accidentals
because they have CONSCIOUSLY elected to self-perform the operation.
But the effects of the Operation are IDENTICAL for both groups.
An extra mouthful of BrainBlood distributed around the Brain centres.

I’m sorry I missed your comment. Bart was certainly a strange fellow, but that doesn’t mean his findings were incorrect. However the fact that he did not follow scientific method or publish in peer reviewed journals makes it difficult for me to evaluate if his claims really are true. The proof is in knowing experientially.I can assume from how you wrote that you have not the experience to comment on Barts research. I suppose you prefer Paul Macartneys opinions over a scientific reaserchers, Bart worked for the Tropen Institute in Amsterdam( that is the government run Tropical Institute for many years and his findings are backed by reaserch from the Russian space program also.
